Kairon Edwards developed a passion for film and storytelling early and pursued it by studying Film Practice at university. He has gained extensive experience in the film industry by working on various projects as a freelance director and Video Editor. Kairon has a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting captivating visual narratives that engage his audience. He is dedicated to creating diverse and inclusive content, using his platform as a filmmaker to amplify underrepresented voices in the industry. 

Kairon's work reflects his commitment to storytelling that resonates with viewers. Kairon's work has been recognised and celebrated by various film festivals and organisations, including the Lift-Off Filmmaker Sessions. In addition to his work as a director, shooting producer and videographer, he is also an advocate for mental health awareness and is passionate about using his platform to destigmatise mental health issues in the film industry. The filmmakers have shed light on mental health problems in the film industry. He has been responsible for creating commissioned films and online videos for The Guardian, National Portrait Gallery and Caton Manifesto.
